Audit (Foundation, weeks 1–2)
What we do

- Interviews with you, your operations lead, and 2–3 team members
- Walk-through of the workflows that take the most hours or cost the most mistakes
- Review of your current tools, data sources, and IT environment
- Cybersecurity and data-handling baseline so AI doesn’t open a door
What you get
- A written assessment naming three workflows ranked by ROI
- A build plan for the highest-ROI workflow with timeline, cost, and expected return
- Honest recommendation on whether AI moves the needle for your business right now
- Fee
- $5,000–$25,000 depending on operation size and scope.
- Credit
- If you proceed to a Pilot within 60 days, the audit fee credits 100% against the Pilot.
Step 2
Pilot (weeks 3–12)
What we do
- Build the first workflow end-to-end
- Connect it to the systems you already run (CRM, ERP, scheduling, accounting, files)
- Test it on real data with your team in the loop
- Train the people who will use it every day
- Document it so the knowledge stays with you, not with us
What you get
- One working AI workflow, deployed and adopted
- Written documentation, training materials, and recorded walkthroughs
- A 30-day post-launch check-in with measured results
- Fee
- $25,000–$75,000 fixed-scope, paid in three milestones (kickoff, mid-build, ship).
Step 3
Retainer (month 4 onward, optional)
What we do
- Monthly working capacity for the next workflow, the next integration, or the next problem
- Maintenance and tuning on what’s already running
- New AI capability evaluation as the technology shifts (it shifts every 90 days)
- A standing seat at your operations table
What you get
- An on-call AI implementation team without the headcount cost
- Monthly written report on what was built, what was saved, what’s next
- Cancel any time after month three with 30 days’ notice
- Fee
- $3,000–$8,000 per month, scoped to operation size.
What we don’t do
- Generic chatbots that hallucinate at your customers
- “AI strategy” decks with no implementation attached
- Locking your data inside a system you can’t leave
- Replacing your people without telling you the truth about it
- Charging you for proof-of-concepts that never reach production
